What is the shipping policy?
Ground: Ground shipments may take 3-14 business days to receive depending on your location.
Two-Day: Orders placed before 9 am PST M-W will Deliver in two business days after processing. Orders placed after 9 am PST will not ship until the next business day after processing. Please allow three business days to receive your order after processing. Orders placed after 9 am PST Thursday before 9 am PST Friday will ship on Friday to arrive on Tuesday after processing. Orders placed after 9 am PT on Friday before 9 am PST Monday will ship on Monday to arrive on Wednesday after processing.
Overnight: Orders placed before 9 am PST M-TH will arrive the next business day after processing. Orders placed after 9 am PST will not ship until the next business day. Please allow two business days to receive your order after processing. Orders placed after 9 am PST Thursday and before 9 am PST Friday will ship on Friday to arrive on Monday after processing.
What is the return policy?
Carve Designs accepts returns for purchases made on carvedesigns.com within 30 days of purchase if they are unworn, unwashed and the sales tags are still attached. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus the return shipping fee.
Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted. Any return sent after the 30-day return window and up to 60 days from purchase will be refunded to a gift card to be used at any time without an expiration date. They do not accept returns or exchanges past 60 days from purchase.
How to exchange an item?
You can exchange an item that is the same style but for a different size or color in their Return Center.
Choose the updated size or color and follow the prompt to receive your return label to return the item that did not work for you.
Please note, your new order will ship once you have submitted your return by using our return label provided.
You will receive the tracking details once that new exchange order has shipped from their warehouse.
You will not be charged the $7 return fee for this exchange.
