If I tried items for 15 days, I still want to return them, what should I do?

These hearing aids are expensive and Century Hearing Aids recommend that you do one of the following:

• Include the Original Order Number – Required

• Ensure your return – optional

• Get a tracking number on your returns – optional

• use Signature Confirmation to verify delivery – optional

• You can also call or email them and they will email you a free prepaid USPS return label that you can use to return your hearing aid with just by handing it to the postman. They can also arrange for the postman to knock on your door to pick it up for you.

Will they deliver delays due to severe weather?

They are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

What is their warranty policy?

Century Hearing Aids warrants the “Rosebud” branded Hearing Aids against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS, ONE (1) YEAR or TWO (2) YEARS (as stated on product page – Under the Features Tab) from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a hearing aid defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Century Hearing Aids will either (1) repair the hearing aid at no charge,  (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or (3) refund the purchase price of the hearing aid.
