What is their return policy?

• They are proud of their quality and value. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, they will help you with an immediate refund according to the conditions outlined.

• Items purchased at cgear wholesale stores or other online stores other than cgear SANDFREE. Com or Amazon FBM may not return here. They suggest you contact the purchasing retailer.

• Cgear-sandfree returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, original packaging, and all instruments, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.

• Goods sold cannot be returned. Shipping costs of $14.99 and $9.99 (if applicable) will not be refunded. Return: the customer is responsible for the return freight.

Should I be charged sales tax?

• Orders placed in the United States will be subject to any tariffs and taxes imposed by the state of purchase. These fees will be paid when the goods are purchased.

• After the package arrives in the destination country, any customs duties or import duties outside the United States will be charged. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, they can't control these expenses or tell you the cost, because the customs policies and import taxes of various countries are very different. 

What is their shipping policy?

• After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, so that you can easily track the status of the order.

• Shoes are packed in plastic bags (no shoebox). This enables them to provide you with economical freight.

• They ensure that your order is delivered to the delivery address you specify during transportation. They need to sign any goods delivered, and at the time of signing, the responsibility for the goods you purchased will pass to you.

• If the recipient you designate is not you (for example, a gift), you accept their signature as evidence of the delivery and performance of cgear-sandfree. COM and responsibility transfer are the same.

• If your order is delivered in an unattended place and no signature is received, it also constitutes a transfer of responsibility. If the goods have been proved to have been delivered to the site, but have not been received for some reason, your order will not be returned.
