What is return policy?

• If you are not fully satisfied with your ChappyWrap, they will accept returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the order purchase date.

• All ChappyWraps must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging (not shipping materials, just product packaging). Otherwise, returns are subject to a restocking fee. Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment.

• Once they receive your return/exchange and verify the condition, it will be processed. Please allow 3 weeks for your refund/exchange to be completed.

What is shipping policy?

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order date (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow additional time for shipments to be processed during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are operating with limited staff and social distancing precautions in order to keep their warehouse staff safe. Shipping carriers are experiencing high volumes and delays, so they are unable to guarantee arrival dates at this time. 

• If you are exchanging an item, please note that the return shipping charges (and restocking charges) to ChappyWrap, LLC as well as shipping charges to send the new item are paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is non-refundable, unless the reason for the exchange/return is due to a shipping issue that resulted from their error.

How do I cancel an order?

You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after you have placed it, by emailing [email protected]. Please note, they are not able to cancel orders once they are processed.
