Can I make a return at Breville?

If you are not satisfied with a Breville appliance purchased from Breville, USA, you can return the appliance to Breville within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please contact them to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and begin their return process.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Breville?

• The equipment must have been purchased directly from Breville, USA. No returns will be accepted for appliances purchased from other retailers or dealers.

• Appliances purchased must be brand new with original packaging and accessories. Please note that Breville does not allow returns or refunds of parts or accessories.

How to make a return at Breville?

• Please contact them to begin the return process. Do not return your appliances to Breville without obtaining a return authorization number. Please note that Breville is not responsible for loss or damage to equipment if their return procedures are not followed and a valid return authorization number is not obtained. 

• The return authorization number is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue. If the product is refundable and you return the product to them in its original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, instructions and documents shipped with the device, Breville will refund you based on your original payment method.

• If symptoms of equipment failure occur during the first use after opening the packaging box, which prevents basic operability, it is considered as DOA. If you believe your product has arrived at its destination, please call Breville within 30 days of the invoice date. Breville will determine if the product is a DOA and will arrange for the return of the DOA product and ship replacement products to you at Breville's expense.
