How do I know how much to order?

The number of wallpaper panels or removable tiles you need depends on the size of the panels you're buying. They have a very useful lens calculator on every product page to help with this.

How are they removable?

Chasing Paper uses a low tack adhesive to keep the walls you're installing it on looking fresh! For best results, they recommend using a high-quality eggshell, satin or semi-gloss paint to adhere to the walls. When will my order be shipped?

There is a 2-4 day non-shipment lead time as everything is printed on demand. Then delivery to your door depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping time is approximately 4-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available. Please note that framed art prints take an additional 10-14 days to ship. If you need an expedited order, please email [email protected] and they will do their best to expedite your order.

Can I return or replace my wallpaper, peel and stick tiles or art prints?

They are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days for any item that is not completely satisfactory, but unfortunately they do not accept returns as they print all products on demand. If you need to cancel your order, please email them within 6 hours of purchasing the order. Sample + sale item is final sale. If you are interested in the exchange, please email them.

Do I need to order all the paper and/or tiles at once? Will there be color differences between orders?

Yes, because any wallpaper color may vary from batch to batch. While they try very hard to be consistent, they cannot guarantee an exact color match unless all of your wallpapers are printed at the same time. They recommend filling your order by 15%, measuring twice, and measuring again when you receive the wallpaper before you start installing! Once the paper is on your wall, there's nothing they can do.
