How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account/Order Status" link in the upper right corner of their website to check the status of your order. View orders you have placed. Then click the "Change Quantity/Cancel Order" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be edited. You can also use this to track the status of your order. Make sure all items in your order are shipped. If your order shows your package tracking number, please confirm with the shipper that your package has been delivered. If all of your packages show a "delivered" status, please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days, depending on availability. There is an additional charge for expedited shipping. Please check each individual product page for availability. After placing your order, you can track the status of your order by clicking on the "My Account/Order Status" link in the upper right corner of their website. When your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipping.

What is their shipping policy?

International shipping is available to all countries, and the flat rate is $15.95. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the consignee. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours before your item ships.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are items that their suppliers cannot predict when they will have more in stock, but once they have it, they will be able to ship the item to you.
