How long does it take for my order to be processed?

UPS is the primary carrier for Chicago Canvas & Supply and has a variety of freight carriers for less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier. A processing fee of $3 will be charged for orders that total less than $25 before tax and are shipped to an address within the continental United States. Standard Ground Shipping does not charge customers a handling fee for orders of $25 or more before tax. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

What are the rules for expedited shipping?

To qualify for expedited shipping, Chicago Canvas & Supply must receive your order by 1 p.m. (CT) Monday through Friday. Expedited orders are shipped on business days only; any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the next business day. It is the customer's responsibility to call and verify item availability for rush orders.

How do returns and refunds work?

Reduced yardage or custom orders will not be returned. If you are not satisfied for any reason and the product is undamaged, you can return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange. Only products that are clean, unused and in original condition can be returned or replaced. Credit or exchanges should be arranged in advance and clearly stated on the return document. A copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip is required to accompany your Return Authorization (RA) document as proof of purchase. All returns must include a Return Material Authorization (RA) number. Customers are responsible for all shipping to and from Chicago Canvas & Supply.
