How about the Chomps shipping policy ?
Tracking information for an order is typically sent within one business day. When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with delivery information from the carrier. Depending on where you're located shipping times are normally 3-5 business days. Most orders are shipped via USPS. Orders shipped within the contiguous United States are free, and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are charged a $10 flat rate. Chomps is currently shipping within the U.S. and select Canada online retailers such as Amazon & Natura Market. They have had substantial interest from customers outside of the U.S., but they are limited to shipping within the U.S. and Canada only for now, due to USDA regulations.
How about the return policy of Chomps ?
If you have any issues with our product, they would be happy to accept a return for the unused/unopened portion of your order within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact them with your information including name, order number, phone number, mailing address and reason for the return. If it's a manufacturing defect, they require that you send them photos of the damaged/defective product.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
You can use your rewards points at Checkout to redeem discounts! Once logged in and ready to check out, go to the Cart page to see the discounts available. Scroll to the bottom of your cart, review your points possible and choose the amount you want to redeem from the discounts section.
