How to return?
The products they request to return need to meet the following conditions. Still in good condition, complete with accompanying certificates and warranties; not worn, used or modified, in the condition in which it was sold; and not damaged in any way. Except for "non-returnable goods", the goods or accessories you purchased at the branch store can be replaced once within 3 days from the date of purchase, together with the receipt, while maintaining the "original sale condition" at the original sales branch. The price-priced products and accessories are replaced at the original price, and you must make up for the difference between the new and old products. There is no refund for any replacement, and only the same type and the same pricing method will be accepted for replacement.
