How much is shipping?

• They have two flat-rate options available:

• Choose Super-Saver $6 flat rate shipping, and your order will ship within 72 hours via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

• Choose Express Guaranteed $11 flat rate shipping, and orders placed before 2pm ET ship today via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

• They also support two-day and next-day shipping options

• Choose FedEx 2 Day, and orders placed before 2pm ET ship today. Prices generally start at $20.

• Choose FedEx Priority Overnight, and orders placed before 2pm ET ship today. Prices generally start at $40.

Can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are instantly emailed to you once the orders ships!

I want to order higher volume - do they have bulk pricing?

They're glad to discuss that with you. Call Victoria at 800-256-0435 or email at [email protected]. High- volume rates can start at 75 or 105 units, depending on the product. 

Can I ship on my own UPS/ FEDEX Account?

Absolutely. Call or email [email protected] with the account number you'd like shipping billed to, and they'll remove our shipping rate in the order. 

Can I place an order with a PO?

Yes, they accept Purchase Orders - more info can be found on their Purchase Order page.  Head over there, fill out the form, and they'll be able to get you set up after just a few questions!

Can I pay through my bank account (ACH) instead of using a credit card?

Yes, they do offer ACH (direct transfer) payments over the phone.  If you'd like to pay in this way, please chat or call their great customer service representatives, and they'll get you set up!

Is my information safe & secure?

Yes. This website runs on Shopify and uses their safe & secure payment gateway. More than 1,000,000 online stores operate on the global Shopify platform. 

Which of their adhesive products are removable? 

• Products such as these color coding tapes, Action™ Dry Erase Labels or these imprinted messaging tapes are always removable (they won't leave residue when removed from nonporous surfaces). 

• Adhesive products like book binding repair tapes and alphabet labels are repositionable within the first 24 hours of application before becoming permanent. These are only examples of a few products, though. Please refer to the product description page to ascertain removability versus permanency. 

Are all color options the same?

All round, square and star labels match as well as our color coding tapes match (except book binding tape). For example, Standard Red is going to be exactly the same for tape, square labels and dot labels. However, other products' colors may belong to a different color family. Please view the color key on each products' page. 

Can I order over the phone, fax or via purchase order?

Absolutely. They only require a $200 order minimum for submitting purchase orders via phone, web or fax. Visit their contact page or look in the bottom navigation bar for the appropriate contact information.
