How do I make a subscription?

• They have made it possible for you to easily setup regular subscription orders so you can relax and know that you won't run out of Chubby Dried Mealworms or their other products again! 

• To do this all you need to do is visit a products detail page - this is the page where the large product description can be seen.

• From here you have the option of purchasing one-time only which is the default option, or Subscribe and Save. 

• If you wish to subscribe,just select this option and then using the 2 drop down boxes choose how often you want your Chubby Mealworms to be delivered. 

• Don't worry about this too much you can always easily change this later if you find you are getting too many delivered or need more at certain times of the year.

Does Chubby Mealworms offer rewards for their customers?

• Yes. Whether you are buying a few mealworms to feed the wild birds or many pounds for your chickens, they want to reward the loyalty of you, their customers, and make sure that you make Chubby Mealworms the only place you buy mealworms online.

• You can change how often you want your Chubby Mealworms order to be delivered at any time. 

• Simply log into the Manage Subscription page, and select the blue text under the words "Frequency". This may say for example "Every 1 Month(s)". 

• You can select the frequency in weeks or months, and can have a gap of up to 10 months between orders. Click the blue update button once you've chosen to update the frequency of your orders.

Can I cancel my subscription?

• If you ever wish to cancel your subscription, visit the Manage Subscription page, which you can access via account page. 

• Then select the blue "Manage" button on the right hand side and click the "Delete Order" option. 

• This will open up a pop up box, asking you to confirm you want to delete your subscription. Click OK, and your subscription will be permanently deleted.
