What is the international shipping policy?
Shipping fees do not include VAT, local duties or taxes. You will be contacted by your local carrier to arrange for payment.
United Kingdom order value must be greater than $200.
Due to UK VAT laws, they require orders to the UK have a value of $200 or more. VAT is not collected by ChutingStar.
Shipping time does not include time in customs. When you select your delivery method, keep in mind that your package will spend time in local customs.
What to do if I did't receive the package on time?
If you have not received your package, check your tracking to see where it may be locally.
If you have been waiting more than 5 weeks, please contact them and they can file an inquiry or report the package missing.
Lost packages must be reported within 45 days from the ship date otherwise it may be impossible to recover the products.
They will be able to work with you to locate your package as long as you contact them within the 45 day time frame.
Can I enjoy free shipping?
Yes. A free standard shipping option is available to all US, APO and FPO addresses at checkout for all orders of $99 or more (excludes Smoke Grenades).
In-stock items with the free shipping option ship within 1 business day.
The carrier for free shipping varies as it is determined at the time of shipping based on their cost, and will be one of the USPS or UPS services.
What is the exchange policy?
Merchandise returned for an exchange will require the original invoice and/or name and order number along with a completed Exchange/Return Form.
Stock items (except parachutes and containers) can be exchanged within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Carefully package product into a shipping box with the return label and order number.
Detail the item or items wanted in exchange on the Exchange/Return form.
What is the shipping policy for returns?
Shipping costs back to ChutingStar need to be paid by you.
They recommend insuring return shipments in case of loss or damage on the way back to them.
If the item is above $100, they ship the exchanged item back to you via their Free Standard Shipping to US addresses.
Shipping will be charged to you for expedited shipping requests and/or shipping to any international addresses.
