Do they offer warranty service?

• Yes. If, in the unlikely event you receive a key that does not activate your game, or you experience any problem with activation, they guarantee the product by ensuring you either receive a working code, or a full refund.  

• They may ask for screenshots of the error to assist them  in investigating your case.  

• Once they have received your ticket, they will reply promptly offering a solution, or if they cannot solve your issue due to the key being faulty, they will refund you.

How can I get a refund?

• If you wish to cancel your order before your order has been sent, please contact them immediately and they will refund you in full without delay (Pre-orders are non refundable until after the release date).   

• All refunds will be issued immediately but may take a few working days to appear on your card statement.  For your convenience, you can browse to the Autokey page and click the 'cancel order' button to claim a refund.

When will I receive a reply to my email?
