Is the license a Subscription or is it perpetual?
This is NOT a subscription. You pay once and you can use the bought version forever. After you bought the program, please make sure you store your downloaded file and registration code in a secure location, so you can restore your bought version if you have a system crash or if you need to move to another computer.
I need an invoice. How do I get it?
After you buy a product, you will automatically get an invoice via email. Please note that the charge will appear on your bill not from “Two Pilots”, but from the service of our e-commerce partner that you used for buying the software.
I am going to buy a program. In the shopping card, I switched the price to my currency and the price seems to be too high. Why?
To take payments, they use service of our e-commerce partner, MyCommerce (Share-it). Unfortunately, MyCommerce uses significantly above-average exchange rates. You can keep the price in EUR when you order in the MyCommerce online store. Your credit card company, your bank or PayPal will convert the amount as you pay.
Why am I charged sales tax/VAT when ordering your software?
Their prices are netto and their registration service (our e-commerce partner who sells our software) has to charge sales taxes/VAT. The exact amount of sales tax/VAT depends on the country you live and if you live in the USA it also depends on the address of the shopper.
