How do I determine which model safe is the correct one for my specific vehicle?

• Simply select your make, model, and year by using the Shop by Vehicle tool provided. 

• Always make sure you determine the proper type of factory console you have in your vehicle. For example, bucket seats (or sometimes called captain chairs) have a full floor console versus bench seats, which have a fold down arm rest console. 

• Always compare the photos of the safe units to the factory console you have. 

• If you cannot determine which is the correct safe for your vehicle call their office @ 614-714-4957.

How to return a qualifying Console Vault product?

• You must contact Console Vault for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and packaging instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA#.

• The returned product must be packaged with same amount of protection as when it left the warehouse. (Example: Parts should not be placed inside the Console Vault box without packaging protection or the inside of the box may need to be repaired). 

• Any repair costs incurred by Console Vault to make a returned product re-sellable will not be refunded.

• Returns for products not purchased directly from Console Vault, through our Affiliate Network or any other online venue, must be returned to the Affiliate Company or the individual from which the product was originally purchased. If purchased through an Affiliate Company, check their return policy as they may vary.

Do they receive Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks?

• They do accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check. 

• For personal and company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. 

• Console Vault will not ship the product(s) until checks have cleared our bank. 

• For point of sale transactions at the Las Vegas office, only credit cards are the acceptable form of payment. 

• They cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. 

• They will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
