• Every package leaving their factory has been carefully inspected. They guarantee that their goods are free from defects and manufacturing errors. If you find any quality problems in your order, please contact them within 3 days after receiving the goods and explain the reason for requesting a refund. After receiving your refund request, they will contact you to discuss whether further information is required. 

• If you receive a refund, they will provide replacement, refund or credit to your account immediately after receiving and checking the returned items. Please note that you are responsible for returning unused and undamaged products to them for a refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing errors or product defects. Non personalized items can be refunded after deducting the freight.

You can use their built-in split order function at the checkout above the shipping address area to ship your goods to any number of addresses around the world. For example, you can choose to split the 100 puzzles you ordered into 100 orders and send them to 100 addresses, that is, 1 copy to 1 address.
