What is advanced passenger information or API?
API is mandatory and must be completed as soon as possible once you have made a reservation, failure to do so may result in your tickets not being released.
When will I receive my holiday tickets?
You should receive your tickets at least 14 days before you are due to depart on your holiday, although this is dependent on you having completed your Advanced Passenger Information. If you have not received your cruise tickets, and you are due to depart in less than 14 days, please contact their Customer Service team and they'll get your tickets to you as soon as they can.
How will I receive my holiday tickets?
Most airlines and cruise lines have now moved to an electronic ticketing system. This means that we will not be sending you physical paper tickets in the mail, but sending you e-tickets to the e-mail address that was given to us at the time of booking. You'll then need to print these documents out, and take them with you on your holiday.
When is my balance of my holiday due?
The balance of your holiday is due to be paid 16 weeks before departure. If you book within 16 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
