The event was canceled/postponed/rescheduled to a different date. What do I do?

• If your event is postponed TBD or rescheduled to a new date, you will be contacted via email. Your tickets will generally be valid for the new date, unless you are notified otherwise.

• If an event is canceled, you will be contacted via email and you are entitled to a refund of the price of your ticket. For canceled events, refunds are processed automatically so there is no need to contact them.

• If no changes have been made to your event and you do not hear from them or the event coordinator, there is no need to contact them and tickets are still considered "final sale" per their terms of purchase, agreed to at checkout.

Can I store my credit card info in my account for future purchases?

Credit card information can be stored in your account for future ticket orders, but only AFTER you've placed your first order with them- you cannot preemptively save credit card information prior to placing your first order on their site.

Can I use a gift card to place my order?

• If you have a gift card to a specific venue, they unfortunately cannot support purchases using this form of payment; you will most likely need to make your purchase directly at the venue box office.

• If you have a gift card (or pre-paid card) with a major credit card logo (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover), this can be used to purchase tickets just as any other credit or debit card.

Can I just pay the difference to upgrade my tickets?

• If upgrade exchanges are permitted by the event organizer, you will have to follow the standard upgrade/exchange procedure.

• Please contact them to find out if your order qualifies for an exchange or upgrade and, if approved, they will provide you with all the steps you need to move forward.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

• If you would like to cancel your payment plan so no further payments are withdrawn from your account, please email them to make this request.

• PLEASE NOTE: this will VOID your tickets associated with the payment plan and all previously made payments are non-refundable.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

• As long as the shipping label for your order has not yet been printed, you can still edit your shipping address.

• To see if you can still edit your shipping address, please login to your seetickets.us account and click the blue DETAILS button next to your purchase.

How do I log into my Order History to view purchases?

• Everyone who purchases tickets through See Tickets automatically has an account created for them in order to store their Order History.

• In another browser tab or window, please go to www.seetickets.us  

• Click the SIGN IN/UP button on the top right part of your screen.
