Can I make a last minute reservation?
Yes - thanks to their e-ticket option, you can book your tickets within 24 hours and receive them in your mailbox. But don't be too late to plan - the most popular tickets sell out quickly! Talk to them for the deposit option and you only need to pay a £20 deposit to get your tickets. You don't have to worry about paying the full price until 5 weeks before your visit!
Can I book tickets from outside the UK?
No, all FloridaTix tickets are UK exclusive. Their offer is only available to UK customers and cannot be purchased at the park. This means you can get better prices than you would pay on the day you book your home in the UK!
What if I have not received my e-ticket/confirmation letter?
First, they recommend checking your trash folder, as it might be waiting for you there. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. If it's too late and you still haven't heard anything, please contact them. Your hard or paper e-ticket is your proof of purchase - you don't need anything else!
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can make partial payments online with an initial deposit of £20. Tickets must be paid in full at least 5 weeks before your visit and must be paid at least £50.00 per instalment.
May I cancel my reservation?
It all depends on the tickets you buy. If your ticket is refundable but you do not have cancellation and price match protection - you must pay a fee to cancel your booking. Non-refundable tickets include:
Discovery Cove Admission - if cancelled within 30 days of swim date.
All tickets that include shows (e.g. Blue Man Group).
All other e-tickets can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the booking date, at a 20% fee per fare.
Genuine tickets (also known as "hard tickets") must be returned to them by secure mail and must be in perfect condition and in resale condition. 20% of the cost of each ticket will be refunded once they confirm that the tickets have not been used.
