How long does it take to proces and deliver my order?

• All their orders are processed and shipped out within [4] business days.

• After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, they will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

• Please allow [24] to [48] hours for the tracking information to update.

• What to do if I want to change my shiping address?

• If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact them by email and include your new shipping address. 

• Once the order is shipped, they can not alter the shipping address anymore.

What if my package was damaged or got lost during shipment?

• If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact them by email. They can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

• If your package has indeed gone missing, they will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

• If your package has arrived damaged, contact them and tehy will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

How to start a return?

• Please submit your return request on behalf of your customer via Crystal Wardrobe Returns Form.

• Crystal Wardrobe will provide the return address to the customer and instruct her to send it back as soon as possible along with the original order invoice if possible.

• Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the Crystal Wardrobe team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.

• Please allow Crystal Wardrobe 5 - 7 business days from the day they receive the returned package to process.

• Crystal Wardrobe will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping fees?

• Yes. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or they may decline the entire return.

• $5 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

What is the return policy?

• Crystal Wardrobe will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. They do not accept exchanges of any kind. They do not accept worn clothing.

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to them within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
