How to return an in-store purchase?

• Customers are invited to return their items purchased in-store to any Eddie Bauer store location or to mail in their return to: ATTN: Returns, 4599 Fisher Rd, Columbus OH, 43228.

• In order to receive a refund to your original method of payment, please include a copy of your receipt, or the Adventure Rewards number used at the time of purchase, as well as the date or approximate date of purchase.

What are product guarantee claims?

• They design all their products to last, and they test and manufacture to the highest quality standards. 

• If your Eddie Bauer product has a defect in materials or workmanship, you may return it with proof of purchase, within one year, for a replacement or refund back to the original form of payment.

• All products that are deemed defective without proof of purchase, as well as defective products older than one year, are only eligible for exchange or replacement with a similar item.

• Eddie Bauer’s Product Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear, and damage caused by misuse or accidents.

What is the return policy?

• They want all their customers to be happy with their products. If you are unsatisfied with your Eddie Bauer product, you may return or exchange it in its original unworn/unused condition with proof of purchase within one year for a replacement or a full refund in the original form of payment.

How can I send a gift or ship it to another address?

• If you'd like to send a gift, just enter the recipient's information for the shipping address. 

• When you send to a name and address different than the info on the billing address, the invoice will arrive without prices included. 

• Regrettably, they are not able to mark packages as gifts.

What is the U.S. Shipping policy?

• Same-Day Shipping Cut-off Time 12:00 PM EST. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays.)
