Can I stop into a cafe right now and pick-up a bunch of cupcakes?
Yes–of course. They do suggest that any order of 12 or more be made in advance to ensure that they have what you’re looking for. As well, pre-orders will be boxed and ready to go and can save time for you when picking up at their café. Call any of their cafes, or place your order online to pre-order. They will do their best to accommodate large walk-in orders (of 24+), but know that sometimes they might not have all of the cupcakes you're looking for.
Can I cancel the order?
All orders must be canceled or changed by 11am the day before your order is due. You must receive confirmation that it is canceled and you cannot cancel orders by leaving a voicemail message. Online orders can be canceled by emailing [email protected]. If you placed an order with a cafe (in person or on the phone) you need to contact that cafe directly. Large event or wedding orders (300+) need 5 business days for cancellation.
How do I make changes to my order?

Are you a certified Gluten-Free and Nut-Free Bakery?
No, they are not. However, they take great care to prevent cross contamination in their bakery and in their shops.
Is it true that Cupcake Royale cupcakes are consistently voted best cupcakes in Seattle and beyond?
They're humbled for the many accolades that their cupcakes have received – and the proof is in the cupcakes. They'd love to know if you agree.
Can I order any of your flavors? Can I order them in babycakes?
If you see it online, you can pre-order it. If you want it in babycakes, they can do that for orders of 24 babycakes or more of one flavor. For same day orders, please call a cafe at 206-883-7656 and They'll do their best to make it happen.
Can I get my company logo on a cupcake?
Please call a cafe to ask about this option. It's tricky, and they want to talk to you about options and what they are able to do.
I won't be eating the cupcakes right away, what should I do?
They recommend eating their delicious made-from-scratch cupcakes on the day that you’d like to devour them. They do not use preservatives, so their cupcakes are best eaten on the day that they're ordered. If you must store them, avoid warm temperatures or direct sun and also avoid refrigeration. If you can, store in an airtight container, it has been said that they keep well for 2 days or so–but they're so in love with the fresh bake that it's hard for them to be unbiased.
