What is Return policy of Curio Press?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of personalized items. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping or the seller made a mistake on your order, please contact her immediately. What is the turnaround time for items?
Orders are typically ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Default shipping is based on the following guidelines:
- Orders of $50 or less (excluding any taxes): USPS First Class Mail – 2-5 business days in transit.
- Orders over $50 (excluding any taxes): USPS Priority Mail – 1-3 business days in transit.
You have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail at checkout if your order is $50 or less. If you need faster shipping than the times above, please contact the seller prior to placing your order!
Are delivery times guaranteed?
Their delivery dates are simply estimates of when your item is expected to be delivered. They strive to beat those delivery times with every order, but once they ship the order, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. I need my items super fast – can I get express shipping?
