What is Return policy of Curio Press?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of personalized items. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping or the seller made a mistake on your order, please contact her immediately. She wants you to be super happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied in any way, please let her know and she will do her best to make it right!
What is the turnaround time for items?
Orders are typically ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Default shipping is based on the following guidelines:
- Orders of $50 or less (excluding any taxes): USPS First Class Mail – 2-5 business days in transit.
- Orders over $50 (excluding any taxes): USPS Priority Mail – 1-3 business days in transit.
You have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail at checkout if your order is $50 or less. If you need faster shipping than the times above, please contact the seller prior to placing your order!
Are delivery times guaranteed?
Their delivery dates are simply estimates of when your item is expected to be delivered. They strive to beat those delivery times with every order, but once they ship the order, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. The only service that offers guaranteed delivery dates is the USPS Express Overnight service – if you need this service please email them.
I need my items super fast – can I get express shipping?
Yes! They can upgrade your item to USPS Express Overnight shipping for an additional fee. The fee will depend on the size and weight of your order, so if you feel you need the overnight shipping service, please email them at [email protected].
I received my order and there is an issue with it (wrong, damaged, etc) – what should I do?
Please let them know and they will make it right!!! If they made a mistake they will get it fixed immediately! It doesn’t happen often, but being as handmade as they are, the human element means mistakes happen sometimes.
