Curious Elixirs Frequently Asked Questions
Are they Whole30 compliant?
The juices they use for Curious Elixirs No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 are organic and contain no added sugar, so they are Whole30 compliant. Curious No. 5 contains unrefined coconut sugar and Curious No. 6 contains blackstrap molasses extract, the only elixir that does not meet Whole30 standards. They haven't gone through the whole process to get Whole30 approval yet... but please tell Whole30 staff they would love to be!
How long will the drink keep?
Curious Elixir has a shelf life and is safe to drink for one year from the bottle date stated on each elixir. They recommend drinking them within three months of receiving them to experience the best and fullest flavor.
What is their return and refund policy?
They work very hard to consistently deliver the highest quality products, but they also ship drinks in glass bottles all over the country and sometimes things go wrong! If something doesn't seem right with your elixir, send an email to [email protected] and they'll fix it for you. Unfortunately, they cannot offer refunds or returns based on taste preference alone, but if there are breakage issues, please contact them at [email protected].
What do I get when I subscribe to a cocktail club?
You'll get a box that mixes their current four flavors: Curiosity 1 through 4. You can switch to a flavor at any time if you want: just log into your account and you can subscribe to 4 or 12 bottles of each flavor you like. Cocktail club members will be the first to try as they roll out more flavors. Plus, sometimes you'll find little gifts that are only available to cocktail club members.
