What can I learn about the return policy?

• Customers are responsible for providing them with a good mold impression. 

• Their grillz are custom made to exactly fit the impressions they receive.Before they make your grillz, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Refunds will only be processed back to your original payment method.

• If you chose to cancel your order before sending back your molds, you will be refunded minus the shipping cost and $20 per mold kit set.

• If you chose to cancel your order after sending back your mold impressions, there is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I return an item within 30 days?

Of course. But you should pay attention to the following points.

• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition with all original packaging materials. They cannot accept returns on any used, damaged, or altered items.

• You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

• Once they receive your qualified return, they will initiate a refund back to the original payment method within two business days. 

• Depending on your payment method, funds may take 3-5 business days to process. For jewelry exchanges, please contact them.

What rights can I enjoy with regards to the gift cards?

• Custom Gold Grillz Reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of their gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. 

• Use of your Custom Gold Grillz gift card constitutes acceptance of their Terms and Conditions and they therefore recommend you read them carefully. 

• Custom Gold Grillz gift cards remain the property of Custom Gold Grillz, who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.

How long can I finance for?

• The length of the financing terms depend on the value of the product. The more expensive the product,  the longer terms are offered (up to 24 months). 

• Affirm offers 3, 6, 12, and 24 month terms while Klarna offers 6, 12, 18, and 24 month terms. 

• If you check out using Klarna’s Slice-it Financing, the payments are interest free every two weeks for 3 months.

How much do I have to put down?

• The down payment depends on what you are able to qualify for. If you qualify for the whole amount, then there is no down payment needed. 

• If the financing firm can only finance a portion of the amount, then the remaining balance will be the down payment.
