How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
The processing time for all orders is different from the time it takes for the respective carrier to pick up the shipment from their fulfillment center and arrive at its destination. Standard domestic orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process, depending on a number of factors. After your payment is authorized and verified, it may still take up to 2 business days for standard orders, 3-5 business days for expedited orders (UPS Ground), and up to 2 business days for expedited orders to process. This is an estimate only and does not include weekends or holidays.
I want to edit or cancel my order is it okay?
They know you want your order to be fast, so once an order is placed, they can! Unfortunately, this means they have limited ability to cancel or change your order if it's been more than 2 hours since your order was placed (or on weekends).
How do I return items from my order?
If you wish to return or exchange an order of a different size, color or style, please refer to the following process and steps:
Every order shipped from their warehouse should have a prepaid shipping label attached to the inside of the box, mail or envelope.
Put your item in its original packaging or a similar-sized container, and place the shipping label on the outside of the box, mailer, or envelope.
Boxes can be taken anywhere or any UPS location where they will perform a UPS pickup.
All returned shipments will be returned to them via standard ground shipping (according to the UPS website, 1-5 business days depending on location).
Once your order is received, they guarantee processing/refunds within 7-10 business days (your financial institution may also have its own processing time). If you want to know the status of your return, please contact them and they will be happy to assist you!
