What is international shipping policy?

Costs vary for each country. At checkout, you'll see the calculated cost for your location. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price or shipping charges. You'll need to cover these when your package reaches your country, normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges; they do not mark merchandise below value or mark items as gifts.

Which conditions does ALEXANDER DAAS accept for refund?

• Gift cards.

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

• Sale items (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, site wide sale purchases).

What is refund policy?

• Let's get that addressed (and please tell us why, we want to learn and grow, too). If your eyewear is unused, in the same condition as when it arrived, and in its original packaging, just reach out to them within 14 days of your delivery.

• Simply reply to your confirmation email or drop them a note here and they will follow up to provide you with a return label. Please remember to include a proof of purchase, too.

• Once your return is received, they'll send you an email so you know it's in their hands. They'll take a look at the frames to make sure things are in the same condition as when they shipped, and when / if everything clears, they'll get your refund processed. A credit will be applied to your original payment method.

What does shipping cost?

Their standard shipping is free in the United States. Other shipment options and International shipments have a cost and all options are provided with their costs for you to choose from at checkout once you input your address.

How do I do a return or exchange?

Contact them by replying to your order confirmation and they will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping label.
