The refund period/process begins when Daraz processes your refund based on your refund type. The refund amount includes the item price of the returned product and shipping costs. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free of any defects. Fashion items may be tried on to see if they fit and are still considered unworn. They reserve the right to return products to you if they are returned to them in poor condition.
