How does Splitit work?

Splitit offers you a flexible way of paying for items in installments, completely interest-free, by reserving the available credit on your credit card. Then, each month, according to your payment plan, Splitit collects the installment amount and reissues the authorisation request for the remaining balance. It is important to note that payments are still charged on your existing credit card. Splitit provides you with the method to do this and information about the installments.

Are there any extra fees involved?

No, this is an interest-free payment method with no additional fixed fees, service fees, interest or hidden fees of any kind.

Which credit cards does Splitit support?

You can pay using Splitit with a Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Debit cards, and pre-paid cards are not accepted.

What's the payment options?

• Payments are being processed by parent company Napali (registered in France with registration number B 331 377 036).

Can I make an exchange at DC Shoes?

Currently they are unable to offer exchanges on-line. They ask that you return the original merchandise in its original packaging for a refund and place a new order.

Can I make a return at DC Shoes?

• If you wish to return all or part of your order (excluding gift cards), you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so.

• The item you wish to return, or exchange must have been purchased on the DCShoes.com website and delivered.

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging along with all instructions for use, accessories and its original barcodes and labels. In the case of an item that is damaged, worn or returned without its original packaging, Quiksilver reserves the right to refuse the return of the order.

• If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact their customer service team and follow the instructions they will give you, otherwise they will not be responsible for the return costs.

• If you are a Boardriders' member and you live on the Isle of White or the Isle of Man, please contact their Customer Service Team to help you create your Pre-paid return shipping label.

How to use my gift cards?

• On their physical stores

• You can use the gift card at participating Boardriders, Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes stores in France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Portugal, Finland, United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland and Poland, whatever the currency.

• On their online stores

• You can also use your gift card on one of their online stores quiksilver.com, roxy.com,  dcshoes.com (excluding Czech Republic and Poland). Nothing could be easier: when you place your order at the stage of choosing the method of payment, click in the box offering payment by gift card.

Can I get some free stickers and posters?

Unfortunately, they are not giving away stickers or posters at this time but would like to encourage you to download free wallpapers from their site. You can register your email address with them to receive updates on events and tours coming your way.
