Do I need or should I use carpet pads under my carpet stair treads?
Dean Flooring Company now offers non-slip carpet pads for use under their carpeted stair treads. It is recommended to use this pad with stair treads with ActionBac or woven backing for extra padding, slip resistance and stability. Carpet pads must be attached to your carpet stair treads, and they recommend securing the treads and pads to your stairs for maximum safety. If purchased separately, they will be happy to install your carpet pads to your carpet stair treads upon request.
How long will it take to process my order?
It takes approximately 1-45 days to manufacture and process your order. Due to COVID-19-related issues in their supply chain, they are currently taking longer than normal to process. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. They greatly appreciate your patience. Shipping rates vary, but they ship most items for free to the 48 contiguous US states.
