What is their return policy?
To return products, customers must contact DFS for a credit return authorization. The customer must ship the product to DFS in its original packaging and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage in transit, all at the customer's expense. The original sales invoice must accompany the returned product. To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer and must also include all manuals, power cords, software and other items that came with the product. Products damaged while in the customer's possession or control will not be allowed to be returned.
