How do I use a special offer / discount code that I've been given?

• Special offer / discount codes can be used to receive discounts on your posting fees and upgrade fees when you post your project on DesignCrowd. If you have been given a code you can use it by entering the code when you reach the final step of the order system when you are posting your project (the Review and Payment step).

• To activate your discount, simply enter the code in the text field marked discount code and click on the submit button. If you have successfully entered the code, it will display the saving result on screen.

What payment security does DesignCrowd offer?

How do I delete a draft project?

You are able to remove a draft project within your My Account page. To do this, log into your account where you will see an overview of your Projects. Simply click on the Delete Draft button associated with the project and follow the prompts to confirm removal of the draft.

How long does it take?

You can choose a 3, 5 or 10 day deadline. You can expect to receive the first designs within 24 hours of creating your project and will continue to receive designs right up to the deadline date.

What happens if I don't like any of the designs I receive?

• Once you have successfully posted a project and a draft has been created in your My Account page, you are now ready to pay for your project and launch it so designers can begin working on your designs.
