Do they have a low price guarantee?
If you find a lower price, simply email the URL (web address) of a competing website to [email protected] with your name, contact information and the item you intend to order. Low Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers they may be promoting or that you receive from them via email or newsletter.
How does return work?
Returns must be made within 60 days of placing the order. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The exception to this policy is when items are shipped incorrectly or damaged from one of their shipping warehouses. Once the product is received, the original credit card you used for the purchase will be charged to the original item cost, minus return shipping (if you used the label they sent you) and restocking fee (if applicable). To receive a refund for returned merchandise, the merchandise must not be damaged or installed, and must be in new condition in the original container with all parts inside. Be sure to pack your items properly.
Is there a charge for restocking?
Unfortunately, they have to charge restocking fees for most products. Some of their most popular door hardware is assembled to order at the manufacturer's factory. Items installed or not in their original packaging are non-returnable. There are also no returns for custom items, such as custom kickboard sizes or address cards. This means that if you return it, the item must be disassembled and put back on the shelf.
What is their shipping policy?
Their products are shipped via UPS Ground. Most orders leave the warehouse the same day or the next business day (depending on when the order was received). Shipping time is about 5-10 business days. They will ship internationally. Any international orders will be charged actual shipping.
