Can I enjoy a next day delivery service?

• If the item is in stock and is 2 p.m. (Monday to Thursday only) before ordering, they usually send the order on the day. 

• In some busy times, it may not always be possible to send orders on the same day, in which case the delivery usually takes 2-3 days. 

• If you need a quick delivery, please call their sales team at 0845 458 4583.

Can I get a detailed tracking information about my order?

• Royal Mail - Small items and low-value items are sent by Royal Mail first-class or second-class mail. This is not a tracking service; however, deliveries are usually completed within 2-5 business days. If your order does not arrive after 7 business days, please contact their customer service team via email, phone, or Customer Support Form on the website.

• DPD - Larger and higher value projects through DPD in the second day of service. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email and text message, as well as a consignment number so that you can track your delivery via www. dpd.co.uk. On the day of delivery, they will provide you with 1 hour of delivery time. Please ensure that you have entered your email and mobile number during the ordering process to receive notification.

What to do if the product was damaged during shipment?

• If your product has been damaged in transit you should report this to them by email at [email protected] or by telephone on +44 (0) 845 458 4582 as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the product.  

• They will collect damaged goods from you and either deliver replacement goods as quickly as possible at their own expense or provide you with a refund within 10 working days of collection.  They will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit if you report the damage more than 14 days after receiving the product.  

• You should take note of the courier’s paperwork or delivery note where goods are damaged in transit as you may be required to provide this to them as evidence.

Can I return a product that I'm not satisfied?

• Yes. Please contact their Customer Service team if you are not satisfied the item you have received. 

• They will then be able to forward you the returns information provided it meets the Terms and Conditions agreed upon when placing your order.
