What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are displayed on their website next to each door they sell.
They partnered with top nationwide freight carriers to provide competitive rates and excellent service to their customers.
Shipping rates include crating and palletizing. In addition, all residential deliveries will be performed on a truck with a lift-gate and pallet jacket.
Please Note: They do their best to ensure that shipping rates are correctly calculated before your purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately.
Are there any additional delivery charge?
They do their best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately.
They reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order.
If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.
Who will be responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors?
They are responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors directly.
You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the drivers at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services will be at your sole discretion and cost.
You agree that Doors4Home, LLC will not refund such payments under any circumstances.
Can I make a cancellation to my order?
All sales of custom orders such as pre-hung doors and/or pre-finished (factory finish) doors are final. Custom orders can be cancelled within one business day of placing the order.
All sales of non-custom orders such as door parts can be cancelled prior to the shipping prep stage and subject to their standard return policy including 25% restocking fee.
Aminimum 10% cancellation fee will be assessed regardless of the reason for cancellation. Additional cancellation fees may be assessed to cover any loss sustained by Doors4Home.
