What is the domain name renewal notification policy?

For domain registration services, email reminders are sent approximately one month before the domain expiration date and again approximately one week before the domain expiration date. Â If the domain is not renewed by the expiration date, an additional email notification will be sent within five days of the domain expiration date. Â All email alerts are sent to the registrant's email address listed for the domain name.

How does the referral program work?

During registration, your friend must indicate the domain name or username of your Dotster web hosting account by entering it in the "Refer a friend or website" field of the online registration form, or by referring to a member of Dotster when registering by phone .
