What is their shipping policy?

• Standard * Please allow your order to arrive within 8-12 working days.

• Orders usually take 8 to 12 working days to arrive. Remember, they don't provide delivery services on weekends or holidays.

• For orders between August 4 and 15, your order may take an additional week to arrive. They are preparing to upgrade the system to better serve customers in the future, and apologize in advance for the time it takes to receive your order.

• The delivery time depends on your location. AK, hi and the United States will take about 8-12 working days.

• Please note: working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• They ship the goods to P.O. boxes and apo/fpo addresses in 48 neighboring states. However, they can only transport goods by standard means of transportation. They can ship to AK, hi and the United States, with an additional standard freight charge of $8.99.

What is their return policy?

• If you are not satisfied with any products of Draper and Damon, they will be happy to exchange or refund your returned products as is (excluding discounts and any freight and handling charges). All cleared goods (prices ending at $0.97) are final sales. 

• For products returned within 60 days after shipment, the refund will be made in the form of your original payment.

How to return?

• Fill in the return / exchange form, which is located in the middle of the packing list attached to the package. Can't find your packing list? Print the return and exchange form here.

• If your return / exchange is a gift, please fill in the box marked "gift return" and attach additional payment if necessary.

• Separate and pack the return / exchange form with the goods you want to return. You can return goods with raw packaging materials. Please be sure to remove any labels on the package or cover the original address label to avoid any confusion.

• You can use the easy return label they found on the packing list to ship your package. This is addressed in advance and prepaid. The shipping and handling charges of $9.99 on the easy return label will be deducted from your product refund or charged according to your original payment method. 

• The return processing may take up to 2 weeks. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card.
