How soon can I receive my goods?
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Most non-custom items ship within three to four business days of receiving your order. If your order is delayed due to an item being out of stock, they will contact you with an estimate of the shipping date. They do not ship outside the continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to oversized items. Oversized items are products that require an oversized fee to ship from FedEx or through a freight carrier.
Do they offer free shipping?
They offer free shipping on orders over $99.00. If your order is eligible for free shipping, it will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Note that if your order is eligible for free shipping and you return it to them, they will deduct the cost of them shipping your order to you from your refund. Note that in most cases the cost they incur for shipping the longer poles to you and for you to ship the poles back to them will be very high.
What if I not satisfied with my order?
They run their business in a way that minimizes the need for returns and exchanges, but recognize that in some cases a product may be damaged or require credit or an exchange. To better serve you, they require that all claims for defective, incorrect or damaged products be made within five days of your receipt. If your product arrives damaged, they will replace it for free as soon as possible. If your product does get damaged and you notify them of this fact, your only remedy is to receive a replacement as they do not offer credit for items damaged in transit. Non-returnable products are special order products or custom products.
