What's the order status?
Once your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will be displayed on the website to verify your transaction was approved. In addition, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address entered during the checkout process. Please note that all orders will be reviewed by their fraud management team. If the order is flagged as fraud for any reason, you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within (1) business day.
For reference, your order must be placed prior to 1 PM local to the respective fulfillment center to ship out on the same day. Orders shipping to the European Union are shipped from their fulfillment center in the Netherlands. UK orders are sent from their fulfillment center based in Leeds.
Available shipping methods are displayed in checkout based on the shipping address entered. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed, so please allow additional transit time for potential delays.
Can I cancel or modify the order?
They are unable to accommodate any modifications or cancellations to your order once it has been placed. Due to this, they recommend closely reviewing order details prior to finalizing your transaction.

Can I make a return at DVF?
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- Please note that all returned garments must be received at their warehouse in their original unworn condition with all tags attached for the refund to be processed. Their fulfillment center will perform a thorough quality check prior to accepting the return. Products that have been worn/altered or missing tags will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit and will be returned to the sender.
- In order to initiate a return within the US. You will be prompted to enter your order number, as well as the billing or shipping zip code associated with your order. Once you access the portal, you just need to identify the item that you are interested in returning and select a reason for sending the garment back.

What's the parcel forwarding service?
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, they will not be liable for any damage, defect or loss that occurs. Please note that any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. DVF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. They will not offer replacements or refunds for orders/items that are reported as missing or damaged.
