Can I change or cancel my order?

Because they began processing your order as soon as you placed it, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed.

Do they have warranty?

• Yes. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, they will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 90 days of purchase.

• If you'd like to return your purchase to your local store, they will be glad to process the refund.

How much the Sales Tax is？

• The law requires them to collect sales tax on shipments to states where Destination XL Group Inc. has retail stores. 
• Sales tax is charged as applicable for orders delivered to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Sales tax may be different for gift orders going to an area with a different tax rate.

How to change email address in My Account?

• Select Sign In at the top of the page and enter your username/password.

• On the MY PROFILE screen, select Edit next to your e-mail address.

• Update the e-mail address and select the Save button.

What does Awaiting stock mean?

• Awaiting stock means that the item is currently out of stock. Each item page will display a date listed next to the product which is when they expect to receive the product back in stock. This is an estimate and can change dependent on when the manufacturer ships the product to their distribution center.

• The items they have in stock will ship separately and they will ship your backordered item(s) as soon as they are able to process the stock for shipment. They are unable to hold the entire order until they receive all items in stock.

• Items shipped separately do not result in an additional shipping fee.

• Items shipped may be tracked online using the Track Order option on the website.

How to check my order history?

• You may view any of your previous online orders in the My Profile section of the website once you have logged into Your Account.

• You can easily track shipping and return status on any of your orders.
