Einova Frequently Asked Questions
What is their shipping policy?
Einova ships to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Europe and the United Kingdom. All applicable freight charges are non refundable.
Once your package is picked up by the carrier, the tracking information will be sent by email.
Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to make any changes later, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to the wrong shipping address filled in by the customer when checking out, they can't ship again.
North American orders are ready within one working day of their fulfillment center in Texas. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 working days, and some areas take up to 7 working days.
- Please also note that they cannot deliver goods to the post office box. Unfortunately, they are currently unable to ship the power bank to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada.
- European orders can be ready from their fulfillment center in Italy within one working day. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 working days (1-3 days in Italy), and some regions require up to 10 working days.
What is their return policy?
Not completely satisfied with your order? They are happy to provide you with free exchange or return service.
Unused and undamaged products can be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery. Please contact their customer service team within this time frame. Unfortunately, they cannot accept the return of used or damaged items.
Please process your refund within thirty (30) days after receiving the returned product.
Do they have warranty?
All einova products enjoy a 1-year limited warranty.
If you suspect that your einova product is defective, please contact their friendly customer service team to start the warranty claim process. They are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful processing of warranty claims requires the purchase of proof and videos or photos that demonstrate defects.
If your einova product is a gift, please contact the person you received the gift. All warranty claims (including gifts) require proof of purchase.
