How much does shipping cost?

• All orders shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada are eligible for free ground shipping.

• For all other orders, shipping costs, brokerage, and duty fees will be displayed in the cart. Shipping costs, brokerage, and duty fees are non-refundable.

How long until my order ships?

They are currently experiencing order processing delays on some orders as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Most orders will be processed within 1 business day; however, some may take up to 2 business days. Rest assured; delivery times remain unaffected. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the order has been shipped.

What happens if my package is lost during shipment?

• Most shipments can take 5-7 business days to arrive. They provide a tracking number from the shipper so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

• If you are unable to locate your package or the tracking information is not updating, contact them and they will open a lost package claim with the courier. This process can take 5-10 business days.

Why is a return authorization number required?

• A return authorization (RA) number is a part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.

• The purchaser of the product must contact them to obtain authorization to return the product.

• The resulting return authorization number must be displayed on the returned product's packaging. Returns are not accepted without this number. 

• This allows their testing and repair technicians to easily locate your return. Without a valid RA number, your package may not be accepted, which will delay the processing of your return.

What happens if my order is damaged?

• They take great care in packing your order to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition.

• In the unlikely event your order is damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the box, any damage to your product, and the shipping label.

• You can report any shipping damage to them by contacting them within 30 days of delivery. At that time, they will open a claim with the carrier.

My state is tax free. Why was I changed taxes?

They are required by law to collect sales tax when they have a business presence in a state. They are registered with state tax authorities under their legal name: Circus World Displays Limited. Please note: For orders shipping to countries outside of North America, these requirements may vary.

Why hasn't my order been billed yet?

Orders may take up to 1 business day to process. If an issue occurred during the billing process, you will receive an email from their team to advise you of the issue and how to resolve it. If your order has not been billed after 1 business day, they recommend checking your email and junk or spam folders for important information from their team.
