Tickets, season tickets and all vouchers purchased on this site are non-refundable. Elitch Gardens does not offer cancellations, refunds, rain tickets or exchanges. Please make sure you have selected the correct park, the correct date, the correct ticket and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase. Tickets are non-transferable and only accepted during the season of purchase.

No, Elitch Gardens is a paid facility. With a wide range of recreational activities for people of all ages, the park maintains a policy of paying one price for all guests to enjoy rides, slides and other recreational activities.
I renewed my 2022 season pass, what's next?
Skip the line! Your 2022 Season Pass will be processed automatically after purchase. Once your voucher has been processed, renewal pass holders will receive an email notifying you that your 2022 Season Pass is valid and available for use. You do not need to go to season ticket processing. You can go directly to the gate. If you do not receive an email notifying you that your pass has been processed, please email [email protected] prior to your visit.
Does Elitch Gardens have an ATM?
They have convenient ATMs throughout the park. They don't accept checks of any kind at the park. Credit Cards - American Express, MasterCard and VISA can be used to purchase all tickets, as well as most dining and shopping locations throughout the park, excluding carts and satellite locations.
