Can I apply several coupon codes on one order?

What is the difference between the 1 year warranty and 10 year quality guarantee?

The one year warranty covers you up to one year after the purchase date. If there is a problem within this time, you can claim and receive a free replacement. Just make sure you save the receipt for your purchase. The ten year warranty covers your product for the ten years after your one year warranty expires. If you encounter a problem with your LELO product within this time, you will be entitled to a 50% discount on www.lelo.com for the purchase of a new device (limited for one-time use only but can be applied to up to five items in a single order). All products similarly carry a one year warranty but do not fall under the ten year guarantee. 

How do I track my order?

• All shipping information will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase is shipped. Please use the link included in the email to track your delivery directly on the delivery company webpage.

• If the link is not responsive for any reason, please access the web page of the delivery company and enter the tracking number manually to verify the status of your delivery.

Can I make a return at LELO?

• They cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened.

• Opened pleasure objects may only be returned under warranty ONLY if they are malfunctioning.

• Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where their error caused the return.

• If you purchased your product from an alternate LELO retailer, only defective items might be returned under warranty with a valid proof of purchase.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Shipping prices depend on the type of delivery option you prefer. Express shipments arrive within 2-3 working days via express carriers such as UPS/DHL/FedEx at the cost of $ 9.99. Premium shipping takes between 5-7 days at the cost of $ 4.99, while regular shipping takes 10-14 days and is free of charge. These options are currently not available for US and Russian markets due to limitations beyond their power, and those shippments usually arrive within 10-14 days. There may also be additional duties, fees, or taxes outside the EU and US raised by the authorities in your country that they have no control over.
