What are the requirements for proofing?

You must provide a CMYK color image suitable for offset printing at a resolution of at least 300 dpi. They are not responsible for color variations between your proofs and the final printed product. It is your responsibility to review your print order before approving it. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image scale, but not final size, color or density.

Can I apply for a refund?

All sales are final. Cancellations and full refunds are only possible if you have not submitted any artwork to their service, approved and paid for your order. EliteFlyers.com will only refund the purchase price and/or shipping costs of any printed portion if you wish to cancel your order prior to processing it. Artwork creation, alteration, repair, mailing list updates and processing fees are non-refundable. All order cancellations must be submitted within 30 days of placing the order. Refund requests made after 30 days, if approved in EliteFlyers.com's sole discretion, will be issued as credits for your next order.

Can they split my order?

Elite Flyers cannot provide split shipments. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, each address needs its own unique order.

Can I change the address?

If after placing an order you wish to change the shipping address, you can change the shipping address before the order is shipped. Each time you ask them to intercept an order and ship it to a new shipping address (i.e., other than the currently selected address), you will incur an admin fee of at least $18 and 50 cents ($18.50) to ship as card body shipping any increase in shipping and other charges that may be levied by the person. You agree to charge these charges to the credit card used for the transaction.
