They do have partnerships with companies that sell their products in their stores. They are also opening their first Flagship store in Evansville, IN in August 2021.
How do I check my order status?
To check your order status, first login to your account, then go to your account dashboard. From there you will see a list of your orders and their current status. If you have further questions, please contact their customer service team or email them [email protected].
What payment options do they offer?
They accept all major credit cards (including American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay (on iOS devices), Google Pay, and they offer fantastic financing with Bread Payments.
Will I be charged tax?
You will only be charged tax if your shipping address is in Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.
Where is my order shipping from?
Your order ships from their headquarters in Evansville, Indiana with some exceptions that ship directly from our manufacturing facilities and suppliers throughout the United States.
Can I return a gift?
Please contact their customer service team with the order number or the name of the person whom placed the order, and they will get that set up for you.
What is their return policy?
They have a 30 day return/exchange policy for all of their products, with the exception of their line of mattresses, which have a 120 night trial period.
