Can I make a return at Emeril's Footwear?
Yes, they promised to return the goods within 60 days from the date of purchase.
They do not charge for return shipping however, a restocking fee of $5.99 per unit will be deducted from your refund. Please note a return can take 21 business days to process and once processed the refund will post within an additional 2-3 business days. During holiday and after holidays it can take a little longer.
To honor your return, your items must meet the below criteria:
Unworn, unwashed, and tags attached
New condition and in original box
Purchased within 30 days
Please note if returned merchandise does not meet the above criteria, they have the right to reject or refuse your refund.
How long can I get my products at Emeril's Footwear?
At this time they are unable to provide refunds for delays on expedited shipping. Due to limitations with shipping carrier capacity, expedited shipping options are temporarily not available. Ground shipping orders are operating with slight delays.
Orders with Next Business Day, 2 Business Day and 3 Business Day Delivery that are confirmed by NOON PST from Mon-Fri will ship same day. UPS Ground (7 Business Days) and USPS (Standard Via 1st Class 10-14 Business Days) orders will ship within 24-48 hours. Orders with Next Business Day, 2 Business Day and 3 Business Day Delivery that are confirmed on Friday after 12 PM NOON PST, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Overnight orders placed on Friday after NOON PST will arrive on Tuesday.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please call them at (866) 484-1740 help Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) or submit a request through their contact form as soon as possible. They will do everything they can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing.
If an order has already entered the shipping process, they will not be able to cancel the order. Once an order has been confirmed, they cannot change or add anything to the order without attempting to cancel the order. If your order cannot be cancelled, you may either refuse delivery of the product or return the order to them via mail. Please see their Return Policies section for further details. They will not refund shipping for these orders since the order already was shipped.
Why was I charged sales tax?
Emerilsfootwear.com determines sales tax in accordance with state and local laws and regulations. They are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the state of California. If you are shipping to this state, the appropriate charges will be added to your order and are shown separately on your receipt.
