What is the shipping policy?

• Your tasc Performance order will typically ship within one business day via FedEx Home Delivery service.  Transit time typically runs between 1 – 5 days depending on the distance to your destination.  Orders will ship from their distribution center located in the New Orleans, LA area. 

• They do not ship any orders on the weekends - if your order is placed after 12PM CST Friday, it will not go out to the warehouse until Monday and may take more than 1 business day to ship.

• For expedited shipping methods (Express Saver, 2 Day, or Overnight) please place your order by 12 noon CST, Monday through Friday, to ensure same-day shipping.

Does Tasc Performance offer internatonal shipping?

• Tasc offers shipping to international destinations via UPS’ iParcel service.

• Please see options offered at checkout.  Due to the complexity and costs of international delivery, free returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

What if I received the defective items?

• Their no-hassle returns policy assures that all charges will be refunded if you are not entirely satisfied with your order (restrictions and exclusions apply).

• To process your free return/exchange, please return your items within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.  

• The returned item(s) must be in like-new condition (unwashed with original hangtags).

Can I buy gift cards from Tasc Performance?

• Gift cards are delivered to the designated email inserted in the checkout process. Their gift cards are non-refundable and have no additional processing fees.

How to wash and care the products?

• Most of their signature fabrics can be washed normally like other knit fabrics. They should be machine-washed cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low, and low iron if needed. 

• Please do not use any fabric softener or Oxi Clean to care for your tasc Performance garments as this will affect the moisture-wicking property of the fabric.

• They recommend to not use hot water or drying on high heat.

• Regarding Fabric Softener - Fibers absorb the fabric softener during laundering, which makes them have more body (become "fluffier"). This limits the amount of water/sweat that the fibers are able to absorb/wick from the skin during activity and will affect the performance of the product.
