Can I make a return at Epicuren?

• At Epicuren®, they want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased on Epicuren.com, you may return the unopened new product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• You can return the opened product within 30 days for a full refund, as long as less than 30% of the product has been used for shipping.

• Non-refundable Items: Products without original packaging. Used more than 30% of the products. Products are required to be returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Epicuren?

• Epicuren® reserves the right to accept all returns at its sole discretion. Contact their Returns department at [email protected] or contact their Customer Service Team at 800.235.121.

• From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, they will be at your service. The customer service representative will provide you with a return authorization number for your records and return packages. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Once you receive the return authorization number, you can mail the product and receipt back to their address.

• Freight charges for all other returns will be the Buyer's responsibility. Return of goods purchased from other sellers: If the returned item was not sold by Epicuren®, you will need to contact the seller from whom you purchased the product for a return. Please note that all returns require a valid receipt from Epicuren.com. This policy is subject to change without notice.

What is the expiration date of the product?

The shelf life of unopened products is approximately 2 years, unless otherwise stated. As with all skin care products, they work best if applied within six months of opening the bottle.

Is Epicuren ® packaging BPA free?

Yes, the only plastic that contains BPA is polycarbonate. All Epicuren bottles are made of PET and tubes are LDPE and PP(LIDS). Almost all of their plastic pumps are a mixture of low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP). These plastics are recyclable and are often made from recycled materials.
